BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the northwesterly line of Munnatawket Road,
said pipe being 5154.30 feet north of a point which is 591.96 feet west of a
monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangula-
tion Station"PROS" and thence running along said road line north 13°59'
east 140 feet to an iron pipe; thence north 76°01' west, 89.53 feet to an iron
pipe; thence south 13059' west, 140 feet to an iron pipe, thence south 76001'
east, 89.53 feet to the point or place of beginning.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show and to
covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning
regulations of record, if any.
