THIS INDENTORB made the 28th day of January, O 1963, between FISHERS ISLAND ESTATES, INC., a New York corpo- ration, o o- ��' ration, having its principal office at 14 Haat 52nd Street in the City, County and State of New York, hereinafter called _., the grantor, party of the first part, and MARY R. GORDON, residing at 10 Gracie Square, New York 28, New York, herein- after called the grantee, party of the second part; WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, in consideration of One hundred ($100) dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, her heirs and as- signs forever, ALL that certain tract or parcel of land in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part of that portion of Fishers Island belong- ing to the grantor (which portion Is hereinafter called the Park") lying easterly of the following line, viz: BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by the United States, known as the Fort H. 0. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the Shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlanti Ocean (as said Tract was constituted prior to the exten- sion thereof by the acquisition of additional lands in condemnation proceedings Instituted in 1942) and running thence northerly following the Best boundary of the said tract of land now or formerly of the United States (as same was constituted prior to such extension thereof) to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of said tract of land now or formerly of the United States (as same was constituted prior to such ex- tension thereof), thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; Said tract or parcel of land hereby conveyed being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly line of other land of Mary R. Gordon, said point being nine and thirty eight hundredths feet North of a point which five hundre sixty and fifty-five hundredths feet East of a monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulatio Station NIN" (which said NIN" monument Is located near the Western end of a ridge overlooking the South shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between Choco mount and Mount Prospect and lies South forty-five degre s seventeen minutes and twenty-six seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and thence run- ning South fifty-one degrees thirteen minutes zero sec- onds West one hundred and eighty hundredths feet to an iron; thence South fifty-one 3egrees forty-four minutes zero seconds West ninety-four and eightyhundredths feet to an iron; thence South four degrees twenty-four minute zero seconds East thirty-six and fifty-five hundredths 1 feet to a point; thence South twenty-seven degrees fifty two minutes and zero seconds East eighty-three and fifty hundredths feet to a point; thence North fifty-nine degrees fifty-eight minutes forty seconds East one hun- dred fifty-one and twenty hundredths feet to the III _,;;;5338 PArFI lT 4 2 - Southwesterly corner of said other land of Mary R. Gordon; thence along the Westerly line of said other land of Mary R. Gordon, (a) North twenty-five degrees fifty-seven minutes thirty seconds West one hundred two and twenty-three hundredths feet to a point; and (b) North twenty-one degrees eleven minutes twenty seconds East sixty-nine and twenty-two hundredths feet to the point of beginning; containing 0.44 acres, more or less.
