JOHN GADA, JR., residing at Fishers Island, Suffolk County, New York, rr,pp��.�..a��� ,�ya party of the second port, 11tH"""h,M%t the part tea of the flrst part, in consideration of TEN--------------------------------------------------------------Dollar a j 10.00 1 lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, do hereby punt and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land lying and being at Fishers Island, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a stone monument on the southwesterly Iine of Crescent Avenue at the northerly corner of land of the Fishers Island Farms, Inc., said point being 5694.08 feet north of a point which is 1018.20 feet west of another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Stateion "PROS", and thence running South 7 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds West 299.72 feet to a monument on the northeasterly line of Avenue "B"; thence along said Avenue line North 82 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds West 179.92 feet to a monument at land of Campbell; thence North 6 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds East 373.50 feet to a monument on the said southwesterly line of Crescent Avenue; thence along said Avenue line South 61 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds East 200.00 feet to the point or place of beginning. Parcel H TOGETHER with any rights of the parties of the first part to use and enjoy in accordance with the terms, covenants and conditions of the Shore Agreement dated December 27, 1877, and recorded May 9, 1878, in Liber 234 of Conveyances page 344, all the land situated in front of the above described tract between the highwater mark and the northeasterly line of Crescent Avenue, said tract being described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of said Avenue, said point being North 7 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 53.64 feet from the IMER✓t74 I PAGE W 7 monument at the point of beginning of the above described tract and thence running North 7 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds East about 25 feet to the highwater mark of Went Harbor; thence northwesterly along said shore line about 122 feet to the said Avenue line; thence along said Avenue line, South 61 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds East about 13,0 feet to the point of beginning. BEING and intended to he thesamepremises conveyed to A. John Gada and Margaret J. Gada by City Hank N)skrmers Treat Company and William K. Sevier by deed dated March 30, 1655, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 8, 1855, in liber 3866 of Deeds at page 172.
