LEGERE, formerly before her mar- riage, IMELDA B. GOYETTE, and now a widow, of Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, party of the first part, and ANTOINE J. GOYETTE and IMELDA B. LEGERE, both of Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, parties of the second part, W I T N E S S E T H : That the party of the first part in consideration of one (1) dollar and other good and valuable considerations paid by the parties of the second part do hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, forever, all that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, together with the buil- dings and improvements thereon situate, lying and being upon Fishers Island in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a merestone at the corner of Equestrian Avenue, as laid out and dedicated for a public highway, and Ocean View Avenue, a private avenue laid out and opened by Bowers and Bart- lett; thence runrin-, southerly by and along said Ocean View Avenue, one hundred thirty (130) feet to a merestone; thence running south- easterly by and along said Ocean View Avenue twenty (20) feet to land now or formerly of Winifred 3artlett Shaw; thence northeast- erly by and along other land of Winifred Bartlett Shaw to ar, angle one hundred and forty-two (142) feet; thence northerly by and along other land of said Winifred Bartlett Shaw one hundred and sixteen t iii:) f..t- mire nr less. to the south line of Eouestrian Avenue; L,BER5536 PAGE 71 thence runnin.- westerly by and alone., the south line of Equestrian Avenue one hundred and fifty-four and thirty-three one-hundredths (154.33) feet to a merestone; thence with a deflection of eighteen (16) de,=rees, fifty-one (51) minutes to the left still with the south line of said avenue, a distance of thirty-six and five- tenths (St .S) feet, to the merestone at the point of beginning. Said premises are the same and all the same premises described in a deed from Sara Oakley Everitt, to kdelerd T. Le,ere and Imelda . Le;ere, dated ldarch 7th, 1940, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, March 25th, 1940, in Liber 2092, Pages 59, (50 and 61. Said premises are conveyed subject to certain restric- tions and covenants as of record appear.
