HomeMy WebLinkAboutL 5703 P 377~5703 ~ 377 378 SCHEDULE I The lot or parcel of land referred to in the Indenture to which this Schedule is attached is bounded BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the South- westerly side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being one hundred and twenty-seven and sixty-four hundredths feet West of a point which is forty-five hundred and thirty-six and one one-hundredth feet North of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Win" (which said "Nih" monument is located near the Western end of a ridge overlooking the South shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies South forty-five degrees seventeen minutes and twenty-six seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and runnir~ thence Southeastwardly, along the Southwesterly side of said road (and following the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is one hundred and sixty-nine and nine-hunaredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is North seventy degrees two minutes and fifty seconds East), Iifty-three and seventy-three hundredths feet to a stake; thence South twenty degrees thirty-nine minutes and thirty seconds West one hundred and thirty-six and eighty-three hundredths feet to a stake; thence South sixty degrees and forty-three minu~es West two hundred and forty-seven and thirty- hundredths feet to a stake; thence South eighty-two degree~ fifty-four minutes and thirty seconds West two hundred and two and eighty-five hundredths feet to a stake; thence North thirty-nine degrees forty-one minutes and thirty seconds West three hundred end twenty and ninety-nine hundredths feet to a stske; thence South seventy-nine degrees twenty-six minutes and twenty seconds West one hundred and four and seventy six hundredths feet to a stake set on the Easterly side of another road forty feet wide; thence Northwardly, along the Easterly side of said road (and following the arc of a curve to the Dight whose radius is two hundred and seventy-five and fifty-four hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is North eighty- of said road (and followinz the arc of said curve), forty-ei~ht minutes and forty seconds East forty-one and ninety-six hundredths feet to a stake markin~ a ooint of direction of whose radius at that ooint is South ten road (and followinE the arc of said curve), one hundred stake; and thence, alonz the Southwesterly side of four-hundredths feet to the nlace of beKinninK; con-
