BBGIMING at a point on the southerly line of Central Avenue 19.65
feet east from a stone monsment, said stone monument being 3552.00

or Great Harbor; thence south 40 degrees 20 minutes 20 seconds west

from the most westerly corner of said dock, these last three lines
abutting northeasterly and southeasterly on remaining land of Fishers

abutting northwesterly on Land of Jens R. Chester.

the 6th described line and togeeherslas with the dock which eztsdt
southeasterly fro b the 9th described line in this coneyance said
docks being known u.the "low lading" and the "Yacht Club" dock.
