a road forty feet wide, said monument being two thousand four hundred
and twenty-four and eighty-six hundredths feet west of a point which
is six hundred and nine and seventy-seven hundredths feet north of
another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangula-
tion Station "Nin" (which said "Nin" monumentis located near the
Western end of a ridge overlooking the South shore of Fishers Island
and on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and
lies South forty-five degrees seventeen minutes and twenty-six seconds
east of north Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and running
hence South nine degrees fifty-one minutes and ten seconds east three
hundred and thirty-eight and fifty-five hundredths feet to a stake;
thence south thirty-three degrees fifty-two minutes and forty seconds
zest two hundred and fifty-two and ninety-four hundredths feet to a
stake; thence north thirty-four degrees fifty-seven minutes and forty
seconds west one hundred and six and ninety-four hundredths feet to
a stake; thence north thirteen degrees sixteen minutes and ten seconds
west Three hundred and twenty-six and seven hundredths feet to a
stake met on the southeasterly side of said road, thence, along the
southeasterly side. of said road, north.fifty-seven degrees sixteen
minutes and twenty seconds east two hundred and eight and thirty-three
hundredths feet to a stake marking a point of curve to the right whose
radius is six hundred and seventy-three feet and the direction of whose
radius at that point is south thirty-two degrees forty-three minutes
