Town of Southold, Suffolk County and State of New York, being bounded
and described as follows.

BEGINNING at a stone monument flet on the Easterly side
of a road 40 feet wide said monument being 164.10 feet East
Of a point which is 1469.60 feet Worth of another monument
amrking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation
Station "RIR" (which said "NIR" monument is located near the
Western end of a ridge overlooking the South shore of Fishers
Island and on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount

of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound);
