,ZjQ that certain tract of land, with the buildings thereon standing
situated on Fishers Island, town of Southold, County of Suffolk in the
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument at the southeasterly corner of said tract,
which monument is easterly 12.5 feet from a rock with a drill hole in it
and northerly 26 feet 2 inches from a merestone set in the northerly
boundary line of land of Marie Planten Gaillard which merestone is north-
westerly 91.4 feet from a merestone set at the northeasterly corner of
Bald Gaillard's land at its Junction with Belle Hill Avenue;
THENCE RUNNING in a course about north 13 degrees, west 490 feet more
or less to a merestone and land of "The Fishers Island Farms Inc. new
occupied as club grounds and designated as "Club Grounds" on plmi here-
inafter referred to;
THENCE RUNNING southwesterly with a deflection of 104 degrees and 4
minutes to the left from the last described line by and along lane of
The Fishers Island Farms Inc. 252 feet more or less to a merestone in
said line;
THENCE continuing in the same course 145 feet more or less to the waters
of Little Hay Harboury
THENCE RUNNING southerly with said waters to a drill mark "'T" In a large
rock on the shore of said harbour at the end of an old stone wall near
high water line and at land of Marie Planten Gaillard;
THENCE RUNNING northeasterly along the land of Gaillard, 41 feet more cI-
less to a merestone set at the northwesterly turner cf said Gaillard land;
THENCE continuing in the same course to a merestone set at the north-
westerly corner of a strip of land belonging to Janet B. Carter deslgnntedl
on the plan hereinafter referred to as B";
THENCE RUNNING in an easterly direction along said line 430 feet more or
less to the point of beginning.
The premises above described being designated as "A", "E" and "F" on
"Flan of land of Amelia B. Willard Estate and some adjacent lands on
Fishers Island, N. Y. 1930, which had been attached to and is on reeord
with deed from Agnes Curtis Buckingham to Helen Croll, dated x/5/47 and
recorded 7/2/47 In liber 2723 ep 436. A copy of said plan Is also
attached to deed from Helen S. Croll to Joseph D. Crull dated 10/11/47
and recorded 10/15/47 in Liber 2763 cp 343•
BEING the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
Helen S. Croll by said deed dated 10/11/47 recorded 10/15/47 in Liber
2763 cp 343•
