THIS INDENTURE.made the 11th day of July ,nineteen hundred and sixty-two
BETWCCN ALBERT D. DAWSON and DOROTHY M. DAWSON, his wife, both now
residing at Adams Road, Ossining, New York,
party of the first part,and FISHERS ISLAND ELECTRIC CORPORATION, a domestic
corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the Laws of the State of
New York, with its principal offices situate at Fishers Island in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,

ATL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being auEia at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument on the Northeasterly line of Montauk Avenue,
maid monument being 2354.35 feet North of a point which is 1077,80 feet West
of another monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Tri-
angulation Station "PROS"and thence running along said Avenue line North 27
degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds West 16.52 feet to another monument;
THENCE North 37 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East 95.33 feet to another
monument;
THENCE North 37 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East 9,3 feet to the shore of
West Harbor;
s THENCE along said shore line South 52 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds East 15.0
feet;
THENCE South 37 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds Went 14.13 feet to another

Beginning.
SUBJECT TO any existing rights of others, if any, to use the roadway crossing
the tract near its Southwesterly end.
SUBJECT ALSO HOWEVER to the reservation that the grantee shall not install or
construct&By submarine cable leading from the above described parcel of land
across West Harbor which shall prevent the grantors, their successors or assigns,
from erecting a dock or docks in front of their remaining premises on West Harbor,
provided such dock or docks do not interfere with or in any way injure said cable.
