the Southerly side of West Street North 82 degrees 09 minutes 50 seconds West,
93.59 feet;
THENCE South 07 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds West, 40.00 feet;
THENCE South 82 degrees 09 minutes 50 seconds East, 109.64 feet;
THENCE North 14 degrees 01 min utes 20 seconds West, 43.13 feet to the point
of Beginning, this last line abutting property of Doyen.
