THIS DIDENNURE,made the f day of April ,nineteen hundred and sixty-five
BETWEEN MARIO ZANGHETTT and ANNA ZANGHETTI, his wife, both
residing at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, who are the same persons as the grantees in a deed dated
September 22, 1953 and recorded September 23, 1953 in Liber 3583 of
Conveyances at page 425 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office,
party of the firs part,and NORMAN P. EDWARDS and MARY EDWARDS, his wife,
both residing at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York,
party of the second pas.

paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the pang of the second pan,the loos
or s tasors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon eo ned, situate,
lying and being in the- at Fishers Island, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a monument at the corner formed by the intersection of the
northerly side of Glenmaine Avenue and the easterly side of Crescent Avenue,
and from said point of beginning,
RUNNING THENCE South 63 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds east along
land now or formerly of Leone, 160 feet to a monument;

land, 30 feet;
