Southold, Suffolk County, New York

The undersigned, being the owner of and a person interested
in lands affected by the proposed discontinuance of a portion of
a certain Town highway known as "STERLING STREET" located at
Fishers Island in the Town of Southold, and more particularly
hereinafter described, for a valuable consideration, does hereby
release the said Town of Southold from any and all damages by rea-
son of the discontinuance of the following portion of the said
Town highway known as "STERLING STREET", to wit:
All that certain tract or parcel of land known as a
portion of Sterling Street, located at Fishers Island, in
the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, being
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a drill hole in a boulder on the westerly
line of Sterling Street, said point being 1,571.10 feet
north of a point which is 173.75 feet west of a monument
marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Tri-
angulation Station "PRW" and thence running south 84 de-
grees 58 minutes 20 seconds East 14.49 feet; thence north
6 degrees 21 minutes 50 seconds East 71.19 feet to a monu-
ment- thence north 31 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds East
99.2E feet to the west face of a rock at the shore of West
Harbor; thence northwesterly along said shore line about 15
feet to the east face of a rock; thence south 32 degrees 12
minutes 15 seconds West 95.78 feet to a drill hole; thence
south 5 degrees 01 minutes 40 seconds West 67.32 feet to a
monument; thence south 5 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds West
11.89 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.06 acres more or less.
