BEGINNING at a point on a course of North 12 degrees 12 minutes 30 seconds West
48.00 feet from a stone monument set on the Northerly side of a road 40 feet wide,
said monument being 1178. 39 feet East of a point which is 525.59 feet North of
another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation
ridge overlooking the South shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point
tween Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies South 45 degrees 17 minutes 26
seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning South 51 degrees 08 minutes 20
seconds West 78.56 feet to a stake;
THENCE South 06 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds West 47.07 feet to a stake set
on the Northwesterly side of said road;
THENCE along the Northwesterly side of said Road, South 30 degrees 13 minutes
20 seconds West 74. 44 feet to a stake marktn~ a point of curve to the right whose '
radius is 231.42 feet and the dlrectiQn of whose radius at that point is North 59
