State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument on the Northeasterly line of Hedge Street,
said monument being 2300.25 feet North of a point which is 426.19 feet
West of another monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic
Survey Triangulation Station "PROS" and thence running along said Street
line North 300 58' 10" West 32.22 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 58`
06' East 175.31 feet to a drill hole at a wall comer at the shore of
West Harbor, abutting Northwesterly on remaining land of this Grantor;
thence along the face of a retaining wall on said shore line South 240
24' East 50.67 feet; thence South 640 16' West 4.60 feet to a concrete
post on a wall; thence South 640 16' West 165.48 feet to the point of
beginning, abutting Southeasterly on land now or formerly of Russell,
containing 0.18 acres more or less.
Being all the land conveyed to Mary S. Murphy by deed dated July 27,
1939 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk is
Liber 2054 at page 596 and a portion of other land forlserly of Mary S.
Murphy.
The purpose of this deed being to correct the description in and to
