teen Hundred and Sixty-One, between FISHERS ISIAND ESTATW,
INC., a New York corporation, having its principal office at
14 East 52nd Street, in the City, County and State of New Yo
hereinafter called the grantor, party of the first part, and
e o LEROY CARNEY and MARY CARNEY, his wife, both residing at
ae, z Fishers Island (no street number) New York, hereinafter call
the grantees, parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, in
consideration of One Hundred Dollars (;100.00) lawful money
of the United States, and other good and valuable considera-
tion paid by the parties of the second part, does hereby gran
and release unto the parties of the second, as tenants by the
entirety and to the survivor of them and to the heirs and as-
signs of said survivor forever,
ALL that lot or parcel of land in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a
part of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to
the grantor (which portion is hereinafter called the
"Park") lying easterly of the following line, viz:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land now
or formerly owned by the United States, known as the Fort
H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract,
on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean
(as said Tract was constituted prior to the extension
thereof by the acquisition of additional lands In con-
demnation proceedings instituted in 1942) and running
thence northerly following the East boundary of the said
tract of land now or formerly of the United States (as
same was constituted prior to such extension thereof) to
the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called
Oriental Avenue) and which point Is the northeasterly cor
ner of said tract of land now or formerly of the United
States (as same was constituted prior to such extension
thereof), thence crossing the East End Road and following
the same course as the last to the shore of Went Harbor
or Fishers Island Sound;
Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and des-
cribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the northeast-
erly line of a private road fifty feet wide, said monu- j
sent being one thousand ten and eighty-two hundredths
feet North of a point which is seven hundred four and for
ty hundredths feet East of another monument marking the
U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"PROS"; and running thence along the northwesterly end of
said road South fifty-five degrees fifteen minutes West
fifty and no hundredths feet to a point marking a corner
of lands now or formerly of Otis Horn and Aurelia Horn;
thence along lands now or formerly of Otte Rom and
Aurelia Horn the following three courses and distances:
(1) South seventy-three degrees two minutes West sixty-
three and seventy-six hundredths feet, (2) South seventy-
one degrees fifty-nine minutes West fifty and ten hun-
dredths feet, and (3) North twenty-tour degrees. fif4
minutes West sixty-three and no hundredths feet to the .
shore of Inner Bay of Great Harbor; thence following the
meanders of said shore line (1) North thirty-six degrees
thirty-one minutes East ninety-three and seventy-nine hu
