and EDWIN G. TORRANCE, now residing at 2110 East 76th Street,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
pan,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or succcssors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,

ALL right, title and interest that the party of the first part may have, of, in and to
a certain 30 foot right of way over premises situate at Fishers Island, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, the northerly line of said
30 foot private right of way being more specifically bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the boundary line between premises of the respective
parties hereto which point of beginning is situate North 40 degrees 2 minutes
20 seconds East 150 feet from the concrete monument which is 1840.88 feet
North of a point which is 747.80 feet West of another monument marking the
United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS"and,
running thence from said point of beginning, North 40 degrees 2 minutes 20
seconds East, along lands of Clifford Haskins and lands of Walter F.
Torrance, Jr., and Edwin G. Torrance 317.5 feet, more or lees, to the
westerly line or aide of Hedge Street.
It being the intent of the party of the first part herein to release and extinguish the
30 foot right of way created in the deed from William A. Hedge and others to
Robert A. France, dated March 17, 1902, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's
office on the 4th day of April, 1902, in Liber 517 of deeds at page 09, and was
thereafter recited in a certain deed made by the New Haven National Banking
Association to Virginia B. France dated October 16, 1935, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office on the 10th day of December, 1935, in Liber 1842
of deeds at page 582.
