G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly following the East boundary of the said land of the United States to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of land of the United States; thence crossing the East End Road and fol- lowing the same course as the last to the shore of !Jest Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Gast side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being 18.93 feet West of a point which is 5456.75 feet North of another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Nin" (which said "Nin" monument is located near the Western end of a ridge overlooking the South shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies South 45 degrees 17 minutes and 26 second East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence Northwest- wardly (following the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 178 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is North 29 degrees 10 minutes and 30 seconds East) 163.93 feet to a stake; thence North i 1,5 degrees 16 minutes and 30 seconds East 103.46 feet to a stake; thence r,North 9 degrees and 3 minutes East 161.21 feet to the shore of Fishers Island Sound; thence, with the meanders of said Sound, North 81 degrees ''40 minutes and 10 seconds East 115.75 feet; South 53 degrees 50 minutes and 30 seconds East 101.75 feet to a stake; South 70 degrees 24 minutes East 47.61 feet to a stake and South 38 degrees 11 minutes 45 seconds East 36.29 feet to a stake; thence South 15 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds West 147.28 feet to a stone monument located 6996.92 feet West of a point which is 245.14 feet north of another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island, New York about two and one quarter miles west of the eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South 79 degrees 29 minutes and 46 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); thence South 69 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds West 90.90 feet to a stake; thence South 38 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds West 110.84 feet to a stake and thence South 18 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West 47.12 feet to the point or place of beginning. BEING the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part herein by Frances H. SUBJECT, however, to all the covenants and agreements contained in a certain deed dated June 1st, 1927 between Fishers Island Corporation and Frances H. French recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 15, 1927, and a certain other deed dated August b, 1930 between Fishers I:Aaod Corporation and Frances H. French recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 16, 1930 in so far as they may still affect the said premises.
