Wright Military Reservation, .Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ceean (as said Tract vas constituted prior tc the extension thereof by the Acquisition of ad- ditional lands in condemnation proceedings instituted in 1942) and run- .in, thence northerly following the East boundary of the said tract of land of the United States (as same was constituted prior to such exten- sion thereof) to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental. Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of said tract of land of the United States (as same was constituted prior to sue extension thereof), thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Hafbor or Fishers Island Sound; Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows: BLGLNNING at a drill hole in a boulder on the Northeasterly side of a road 40 feet wide, said drill hole being 5456.79 feet North of a point which is 18.93 feet West of a monoment marking the U.S. Coast and Geode- tic Survey Trianznlation Station "NIN" (which said "NIN" monument is lo- cated near the Western epd of a rider overlooking the South shore of Fishers Islam! and on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount .rusnect and ties South 45 degrees 17 minutes 26 aeconds East of North uumnling Lie,ht in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence Northwest- ardly alnn;; said road line (and following the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 178.0 feet and the direction of whose radius at ua�P5120 a4cE227 that point is North 29 degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds East) 163.93 feet to a state marking the point of beginning of the herein conveyed tract, $aid pstake being 5587.26 feetNorth of a point which is 108.40 feet West of said "NIN" monument; and thence from said point of beginning running Mort 5 degrees 16 minutes 30 sec ends East 103.46 feet; thence North 9 degrees 03 minutes East 140.0 feet to the shore of Fishers Island Sound; thence with the meanders of said shore South 65 degrees 33 minutes West 90.0 fee and North 66 degrees 39 minutes West 68.98 feet; thence South 17 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds East 248.36 feet to the Northerly end of said road; thence along the northerly and of Said road North 81 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds East 40.0 feet to the point of beginning; containing 0.45 acre more or less. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the parties of the first part in and to all land which may lie between the respective meander lima above described and the actual high water mark of Fishers Island Sound and in and to the shores and beaches of Fishers Island Sound in front of and adjoining said premises. TOGETHER with an easement to the grantees, their heirs and assigns, for ingress to and egress from the premises hereby conveyed over and along such private roads as now or may hereafter exist connecting the premises hereby conveyed with the public highway; provided, however, that Fishers Island Estates, Inc., reserves the right to change the location, route or grade of said roads from time to time, provided that such change shall no prevent adequate access to the premises hereby conveyed. RESERVING to Fishers Island Estates, Inc. , its successors or assigns, fro the grant of the premises hereby conveyed, an easement and right of way within a strip of land five feet wide along the fifth course of the bound aries of said premises as above described for the purpose of laying, erecting, maintaining, improving and operating a culvert, which right of way shall run from the road above mentioned to the waters of Fishers Is- land Sound. RESERVING, also, to Fishers Island Estates, Inc. , its successors and as- siens from the grant of the Premises hereby conveyed, an easement and right of way within a strip of land five feet wide along the last course of the boundaries of said premises as above described for the erection thereon of poles to support wires for the transmission of electricity for light, heat, telephone and other purposes, and for the construction, open ation and maintenance of pipe-lines or conduits under the surface of said reservation for any lawful purpose whatsoever, but Fishers Island Estates Inc. , shall have the right to release the premises hereby conveyed from these particular easements and rigats of way! provided, however, that when ever the surface of the ground shall be disturbed by Fishers Island Estate Inc. , its successors and assigns, for the purpose of constructing or re- any such, pole line, piprline or conduit, it shall become the duty of Fishers Island Estates, Inc., or its successors or assigns, forthwith, at its or their own expense, to repair and restore the surface of the Ground so disturbed to substantially the same condition as shall have i exsted before the time of such disturbance. 9EING the same premises conveyed by Fishers Island Estates, Inc., to the tractors by deed dated April 30, 1956 and recorded in the Suffol'.+ County Cl erx's office on Ajay 1,1, lc5b in 900: 4110 of Deeds pane 115.
