ESTATES, INC., a New York corporation having its principal

Roosevelt Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, party of

WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, in
consideration of the sum of One hundred Dollara, lawful
money of the United States of America, and other good and
valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,
does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever,
Certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situate
at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State
of New York, bounded and described as follow&:
FIRST PARCEL
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,
17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 35, 36, 339, 48, 49,
70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83,
84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89 and 90, as shown on "Plan of
Peninsula at Fishers Island, owned by Charles W. Hedge
and Frances G. Thor, made by Chandler & Palmer, Engrs.
Norwich, Conn, 1913' and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 11, 1913, file
No. 223.
SECOND PARCEL
All right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to the twenty foot, twelve foot and
ten foot rights of way as shown on said map, other than
lands included In the Peninsula Road and other than the
portion of the twenty foot right of way lying between
Lots 1, 2, 3 and Lots 28, 27 and 26, as shown on said
map, heretofore conveyed by the party of the first part

THIRD PARCEL
All right, title and Interest of the party of
the first part in and to a certain strip of land,
formerly forming a part of Lot 1, as shown on said
map, which was added to the ten foot right of way
shown on said map adjoining Lot 1 on the westerly
side thereof.
FOURTH PARCEL
All right, title and interest of the party of
the first part in and to a strip of land lying between
Lots u? and 63, as shown on said map.
TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest,
If any, of the party of the first part in and to the shores
and lands under the waters of Inner Day, Great Harbor, West
Harnor and Darbies Cove in front of and adjoining the prop-
erties hereby conveyed 1'ronting on such waters;
