QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this /yKday of � 'c"'� , 1962,

ADMINISTRATOR OF GENERAL SERVICES, under and pursuant to the

powers and authority contained in the Federal Property and
Administrative Services Act of 1949 (63 Stat. 377) as amended,
and Regulations and Orders promulgated thereunder, party of the
first part, and JACOB L. BITTERMAN, residing at 111-55 - 77th
Avenue, Borough and County of Queens, City and State of New York,
party of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the party of the first part, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLLARS, lawful money
of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration,
paid by the party of the second part, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and forever quit-
claim unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns,
without representation or warranty, express or implied:
ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lyin- and being on Fishers Island in the Town of Southhold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows
BEGINNING at a merestone in the southwesterly
side of Oriental Avenue at the point therein
where the boundary line between the lands now or
formerly of Hay Harbor Club and the premises here-
in described intersects the same; running thence
y along the southwesterly and southerly side of
} Oriental Avenue the following three courses and
distances: (1) S 4:i0 13' E, 9.50 feet to a
merestone; (2) S 540 05' E, 247.93 feet to a mere-
stone; (3) o 30002' E, 111.53 feet to a merestone
at other land of the U.S.Government; thence
proceeding S 3° 15' E by and along said
other land of the U.S.Government 27.0 feet to
a merestone which merestone also marks the
easterly end of the center line of a right
of way described elsehwere herein; thence
proceeding S 17° 50' W, by and along a
wire mesh fence and other land of the U.S.
Government 329.71 feet to a merestone; thence
continuing along said fence and Government
land S 5° 50' W, 6,.50 feet to a merestone,
which merestone also marks the easterly end of
the center line of a second right of way here-
in described; thence continuing on the same bear-
ing and still along said fence and Government
land 190.50 feet to the waters of Block Island
Sound; thence proceeding westerly by and along
the mean hi;hwater line of Block Island Sound
373 feet more or less to the southwesterly cor-
ner of the land herein described and lands now
or formerly of the Hay Harbor Club; thence
proceedine N 3° 5n' N, along said Hay Harbor
Club land 539 feet more or less to a merestone;
thence proceeding N 43o 47' E, still along said
He, Harbor Club land 293.99 feet to a merestone
in the southwesterly line of Oriental Avenue
at the point or place of beginning.
Reserving to the United States of America, its
successors and assigns, an easement and right of
way for the maintenance, repair and replacement
of a power cable in, on, through and over a strip
of land 20 feet wide, being 10 feet on either
side of a center line located as follows:
BEGINNING at a merestone in the southwesterly
aide of Oriental Avenue at the point therein
where the boundary line between the lands now
or Cormerly of Hay Harbor Club and the premises
herein above described intersects the same, running
thence along the southwesterly and southerly
side of Oriental Avenue the following three
courses and distances: (1) S 4?.° 13' E, 9.50
feet to a merestone; (2) S 54° 05' E, 247.98
feet to a merestone; (3) S 80° 02' E, 111.53
feet to a merestone at other land of the U.S.
^,overnment; thence proceeding S 3° 15' E by
and along said other land of the U.S.Government
27.0 feet to a merestone which merestone also
marks the easterly end of the center line of
a ri,ht of way described elsewhere herein;
thence proceeding S 17° 50' W, by and along a
wire mesh fence and other land of the U.S.
Government 329.71 feet to a merestone; thence
continuing along said fence and Government
land S 5° 50' W, 6_.50 feet to a merestone,
which merestone also marks the easterly end
of the center line of the Light of way 20 feet
wide herein described and the true point of

beginning of the center line herein being
described; thence proceeding S 72' 20' 30" W,
403.71 feet, more or less, to a point in the
westerly boundary of the premises hereby con-
veyed which is also the westerly end of the
center line of the right of way herein described
and which lies in the easterly boundary of lands
now or formerly of the Hay Harbor Club,
Reserving also to the United States of America,
its successors and assigns an easement and
right of way for ingress and egress, on foot
and in vehicles, as well as for telephone, water,
power and sewer lines in, on , through and over
a strip of land 50 feet wide, being 25 feet on
either side of a center line located as follows:
BEGINNING at a point marked by a merestone in
the southwesterly side of Oriental Avenue at the
point therein where the boundary line between the
lands now or formerly of Hay Harbor Club and the
premises first above described intersects the
same; running thence S 43' 47' W, 290.99 feet
to a merestone in the boundary of land now or
formerly of Hay Harbor Club; thence S 3' 51' E,
10.00 feet to the true point or place of
beginning of the center line herein being
described; thence from said true point or place
of beginning N S6' 59' 40" E, 526.01 feet to a
merestone set in the easterly boundary of the
tract of land first above described.
TOGETHER WITH ALL the right, title and interest of
the party of the first part in and to the streets and roads
abutting said property to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER ALSO WITH the appurtenances, and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted, with
the buildings and appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
There has been executed and delivered simultaneously
herewith by the party of the second part to the party of the
first part a Bond secured by a purchase money mortgage securing
a portion of the purchase price which mortgage is recorded or
intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
