BEGINNING at a stake on shore of Great Harbor and running southerly 112 feet;
thence southeasterly 70 feet; thence westerly 67 feet; thence easterly 50 feet;
thence northwesterly 27 feet; thence northerly 112 feet; thence along shore of
Great Harbor 57 feet, being the number of feet, more or less, to point of beginning.
Said tract containing forty (40) square rods, more or less. Being bounded as
< follows: Northerly by Great Harbor, also known as West Harbor; Easterly by lands
formerly of C. A. Eldridge, now of A. John Gada; Southerly by lands formerly of
C. A. Edlridge and William H. Hill, now of West End Land Company, and
Burnham, now of Anna
