municipality for highway purposes,or for drainage or other public easement or munuopal use,or as may have
been damaged or destroyed by the elements.

duce this sale,end that the.party of the second pert relies solely upon the said independent investigation so
made.and that all agreements ere merged in this deed.
The party of the first P.O.in compliance wifh Section 13 of the Lien Lew,covenants that if will receive
the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideretion as a frust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of any improvements to the premises and that it will
