crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the

is located on the summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island, N.Y. , about

nine and seventy-four hundredths feet South of a point which is twenty-
two hundred and eighteen and thiity-seven hundredths feet West of another
monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the
summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island, N.Y. about two and one-
quarter miles West of the Eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South
seventy-nine degrees twenty-nine minutes and forty-six seconds East of
North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound) , and running thence Nortki
sixty-six degrees and forty-eight minutes East two hundred and thirty-
three and ninety-seven hundredths feet to a stake, thence South twenty-
seven degrees and thirty-eight minutes East four hundred eleven and
seventy hundredthsfeet to a stake set on the Northerly side of another
road forty feet wide, thence Westwardly along the northerly side of said
road (and following the arc of a curve to the left, whose radius is five
hundred seventy-eight and eighty-eight hundredths feet and the direction
of whose radius at that point is South sixteen degrees thirteen minutes
and two seconds West) three hundred thirty-one and seventeen hundredths
feet to a stake; thence Northwdstwardly still along the northerly side of
said road (and following the arc of a curve to the right, whose radius is
thirty-six and seventy-two hundredths feet and the direction of whose
radius at that point is North sixteen degrees thirty-three minutes and
forty seconds West)seventy-eight and seventy-four hundredths feet to a
stake set at its intersection with the Easterly side of still another
road forty feet wide; thence Northwardly along the Easterly side of said
road (and following the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is one
hundred fifty-four and seventy-eight hundredths feet and direction of,
whose radius at that point is North seventy-three degrees forty-one minutes
and forty seconds West)one hundred thirteen and ninety-eight hundredths
feet to a stake; thence still along the Easterly side of said road North
twenty-five degrees fifty-three minutes and twenty seconds west sixty feet
to a stake; and thence North one degree forty-four minutes and ten seconds
East sixty-three and four hundredths feet to the place of beginning, con,
taining two and twelve hundredths acres more or less;
Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
seller in and to the land under the waters of Fishers Island Sound ad-
joining said premises
Together with any easement appurtenant to the premises above
described for ingress to and egress from said premises over and along such
private roads as now or may hereafter exist connecting the said premises
with the public highway.
