Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean (as said tract was constituted prior to the extension thereof by the acquisition of additional lands in condemnation proceedings instituted in 1942) and running thence Northerly following the East boundary of said tract of land now or formerly of the United States (as same was constituted prior to such extension thereof) to the Southerly line of East End Road TAX MAP (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the Northeasterly corner of DESIGNATION said tract of land now or formerly of the United States (as same was constituted Dist. prior to such extension thereof); 1000 Seg. THENCE crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to 4 the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; Blk. - 7 Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows: Lot(s): 6 BEGINNING at a monument set on the Southeasterly side of a private road, said point being 265. 53 feet South of a point which*is 1058. 98 feet East of a monument marking the U.' S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit of the highest hill - on Fishers Island, New York, about 2 1/4 miles West of the Eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South 79 degrees 29 minutes 46 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound) and; O RUNNING THENCE the following five (b) courses and distances along lands heretofor conveyed to the-Nature Conservancy: - (1) South 04 degrees 53 minutes i2 seconds West 523:07 feet to a point; I (2) South 15 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds West, 104. 78 feet; (3) North 86 degrees 39 minutes 40 seconds West 203. 57 feet to a point; (4) North 51 degrees 27 minutes'10 seconds West 135. 01 feet to a monument; (5) North 18 degrees 53 minutes 48 seconds East 429. 91 feet to the Southerly line or side of a 45 foot wide private, road; ARTHUR J. TOGETHER WITH an easement to the grantee, his heirs and assigns., for ingress to and egress from the premises hereby conveyed over and along succi private roads as now or may hereafter exist connecting the premises hereby conveyed with the public highway; provided, however, that Fishers Island Estates, Inc. , hereby reserves the -right to change the location, route or grade of said roads from time -to.time, provided that such change shall not prevent adequate access to the premises hereby conveyed.'
