THIS INDENTURE, made the day of
nineteen hundred and seventy-nine between
FISHERS ISLAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation
organized under the laws of the State of New York, with
its principal place of business c/o Morgan Stanley & Co. ,
1251 Avenue of the Americas, in the City, County and
State of New York, hereinafter called the grantor , party

the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, his heirs and

United States Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "NIN" and thence running
North 34" 49 ' 17" East 184. 73 feet to the shore
of Brick Yard Pond; thence following the
meanders of said shore line South 23" 39 ' 37"
East 63.08 feet, North 88" 59 ' 37" East 117.36
feet and North 68" 57 ' 48" East 65. 00 feet;
thence South 9" 51 ' 40" East 270. 95 feet;
thence South 28" 25 ' 00" West 132.76 feet to an
iron; thence South 77" 00 ' 00" West 120.00 feet
to an iron; thence North 31" 00 ' 00" West
340.00 feet to the point of beginning, this
last line running partly along the
Southeasterly end of said road.
Containing 2.28 acres, more or less.
Together with a non-exclusive right of way
over an unimproved road leading Northwesterly
from the above described tract to the road to
the East End, said right of way being described
as follows:
Beginning at the iron pipe at the point of
beginning of the above described tract and
running thence North 68" 43 ' 52" West 329.98
feet to an iron pipe on the Southeasterly line
of the road to the East End; thence South 38"
