' Pursuant to Resolution Number 88-1979 adopted by the Suffolk County
Legislature on February 13, 1979 and approved by the County Executive
on February 14, 1979,
ALL, that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with any buildings
and improvements- thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York acquired
by tax deed on January 28, 1953, from Milton L. Burns, the County
Treasurer-of Suffolk County, New York and recorded on February- 2, -
1953, in Liber 3470, at Page 340, and also recorded October 16, 1962
in Liber 5248, at Page 113, and otherwise known as and by Town of
1 Southold, Fishers Island, land bounded north, east, south and west
•( by Fishers Island Estates, and also described as,-
\ BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Easterly side of a road 40
feet wide, said monument being 1133. 15 feet West of a point which is
2177. 55 feet North of another monument marking the U. S. Coast and
Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Nin" (which said "Nin" monument
is located near the Western end of a ridge overlooking the South
shore-of Fishers Island and on the highest point between Chocomount
and Mount Prospect and lies South 45 degrees 17 minutes and 26 seconds
East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound) ; and
RUNNING- THENCE Eastwardly (and following the arc of a curve tothe

right whose radius is 109 feet and the direction of whose radius at
that point is South 14 degrees 39 minutes and 20 seconds East) 136. 97
feet to a stake;
THENCE South 42 degrees 9 minutes and 20 seconds East, 228. 09 feet to
a stake set on the Northwesterly side of another road 40 feet wide;

(and following the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is
881. 01 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is
North 37 degrees 36 minutes and 40 seconds West) , 146. 33 feet to
a stake;
THENCE, still along the Northwesterly side of said road, South
61 degrees 54 minutes and 20 seconds West, 71. 54 feet to a stake
-marking a point of -curve to the right whose radius -is 21. 76 feet
and the direction of whose radius at that point is North 28 degrees
5 minutes 40 seconds West;
THENCE Westwardly, -still along the Northwesterly side of said road
(and -following the arc of said curve), 41.71 feet to a stake set
at the intersection of said road with the 'Easterly -side of the road
first above mentioned;
THENCE, along the Easterly side of said road, North 8 degrees 15
minutes 40 seconds West, 173.55 feet to a stake marking a point of
curve to the -left whose radius is 1094. 11 feet and the direction
of whose radius at that point is South 81 degrees 44 minutes and
20 seconds West;
THENCE Northwardly, still along the Easterly side of said road (and
following the -arc -of said curve) , 122 .11 feet to a stake; and
THENCE, still along the Easterly side of said road, North 14 degrees
