grantee, party of the second part:

does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever,

B1ock85-n running North 370 44' 12" West.438.84 feet to an iron pipe; thence North
Int 56" 381 50" East 85.00 feet to an iron pipe an the Southeasterly lima of
an unimproved road; thence along said mad line North 760 23' 30" East
do coZ 266.85 feet to an iron pipe! thence South 0" 09' 30" East 165.44 feet to
a point; thence South 26" 55' 00" East 314.03 feet to a point on the
Northerly line of said first mentioned road; thence along said road line
South 860 52' 20" West 203.78 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 2.53 acres, more or less.
together with the app benances, and all the estate and rights of the
party of the first part in and to said premises;
SUBMET to any state of facts an accurate survey may show; and
SUWBCP to covenants, restrictions, easements, rights, grants,
and declarations of record, if any, and easements for use of public
utilities; and
SUWB T to all applicable laws and regulations of Federal,
state and local governmental authorities;
RESE MM to the grantor herein from the grant of the land and
premises hereby conveyed easements and rights of way within a strip of
land approximately five feet wide for the erection therson of poles to
support wires for the transmission of electricity for light, heat,
telephone and other purposes, and for the construction, operation and
maintenance of pipe lines or conduits under the surface of said reser-
vation
