THIS INDENTURE, made the 29th day of July
tineteen hundred and eighty, between ALLERTON CUSHMAN of 5029
Roadrunner Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85253, hereinafter called
the grantor, party of the first part, and ROBERT J. MILLER of

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other value, lawful
money of the United States paid by the party of the second part,
does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever, at Fishers Island, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York,

use the following praises for all purposes for which
a driveway is ordinarily used including the right to
install utilities therein and the right to grant
easements in connection with such utilities.
A driveway to be built by the grantee, his heirs
or assigns, running southeasterly from the southwest-
erly corner of land conveyed by the grantee to the
grantor herein, across other land of the grantor to
the existing driveway on land of the grantor, the
center line of which is described as follows:

North of a point which is 3580.44 feet East of a
monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic
Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" and thence running
South 230 23' 48" East 115.28 feet; thence South 140

erly to the road to the East End.
Together with the appurtenances, and all the estate and rights of
