BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Northeasterly side of a
road thirty feet wide, said monument being six hundred and five and
Bnd sixteen-hundredths feet East of a point which is thirty-one and
twenty-one hundredths feet South of another monument marking the U.S. Cc at
and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "East End 2, "(which said "Bae
End 2" monument is located on the summit of the highest hill East of
East Harbor on Fishers Island, New York, and lies South fifty-four min-
utes west of Latimer Reef Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
RUNNING THENCE along the Northeasterly side of said read, North 45
degrees28 minutes 40 seconds West 46.07 feet to a stake marking point o
curve to the right whose radius is 129.93 feet and the direction of whoa
radius at that point is North 44degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds East;
