WITNESSETH 2 That in consideration of one hundred dollars J ($100) lawful money of the United States and other good and valuable consideration paid by Grantee, Grantor does hereby grant and release unto Grantee and Grantee's heirs or successors and assigns forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improve- ments thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, being a part of that portion of Fishers Island formerly belonging to Fishers Island Corporation (which portion is hereinafter called the "Park") lying easterly of the following line, viz. : BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United States , known as the Fort H.G. BEING and intended to be the same premises con- veyed to the Grantor herein by deed dated November 12 , 1959 , recorded in Suffolk County Clerk 's office in Deed Liber 4728 page 453 on November 20 , 1959 . TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the Grantor in and to the lands under the waters of Fishers Island Sound adjoining said premises , TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the Grantor in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the Grantor in and to said premises, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee, and Grantee ' s heirs or successors and assigns forever.
