Gasque and Beatrice Schoonmaker Gasque, the parties of the first part herein, by Deed dated January 10, 1969 and recorded on February 6, 1969 in Liber 6502 of Con- veyances, page 70 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, State of New York. This Deed is intended to record the transfer of title being made by the parties of the first part to the parties of the second part as a gift, without any con- sideration actually being furnished for the transfer by the parties of the second part to the parties of the first part.
