ALL those lots or parcels of land in the Town of i
Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, beinga part
of that .portion of Fishers Island sometimes called the "Park"
lying Easterly of the following line, viz. :
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land
now or formerly owned by the United States, known
as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation,
Mount Prospect. Tract, .on the shore of Block Island '
Sound or• the Atlantic Ocean (as said• Tract was con-
stituted prior to the extension thereof by the
acquisition of additional lands in condemnation
proceedings instituted in 1942) and running thence
northerly following the East boundary of the said
tract of land now or formerly of the United States
(as same was constituted prior to such extension
thereof) to the southerly line of East End Road
(sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point
is the northeasterly corner of said tract of land
now or formerly or the United States (as same was
constituted prior to such extension thereof), then
crossing the East End Road and following the same
course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or
Fishers Island Sound;

and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" (which
said "KIN" monument is located near the western end of

minutes and twenty-six seconds East of North Dumpling
Light in Fishers Island Sound); thence running North

one hundred forty-three and thirty-nine hundredths feet;
thence North twelve degrees fifty-two minutes forty
seconds West one hundred eighty-seven and forty hun-
dredths feet to the shore of West Harbor; thence with the
meanders of the shore of West Harbor North twenty-six
degrees four minutes East ninety-seven and seventy hun-
dredths feet.. South 'sixty-one degrees twenty-nine
minutes East eighty-nine and forty hundredths feet,
North twenty-one degrees fifty-seven minutes East one
hundred seventeen and forty-five hundredths feet, North
forty-three degrees forty-rine minutes East one hundred
thirteen and eighty hundredths feet.. South seventeen
degrees nine minutes East one hundred thirty-ore and
seventy hundredths feet, and North seventy-five

(whose radius is 725.77 feet and the direction of whose
