FELICE R E C 0 R D E .D_ SEP 18 1980 Clerk of Suffolk County, LIB 8884 PA4212 The second thereof being a certain lot , piece , or parcel of land with a barn thereon, described as follows : Barn, and land directly upon which the barn stands at the junction of Heathulie and Halycon Avenues together with land directly in front of said barn to a point at the junction of the above avenues, being the same land conveyed to Grace Seccomb Wallace as heir to Edward A. Seccomb , her father, from the Fox estate . And in addition to the land above described in this paragraph, a strip at both sides of said barn and twenty (20) feet in the rear running in a line to the junction of Heathulie and Halycon Avenues, excepting there- from a small strip measuring seventeen by eleven feet , more or less, from a privet hedge and including the land on which was laid the water connection and pipe running to and supplying the house of Grace Seccomb Wallace in the year 1936.
