The second thereof being a certain lot , piece , or parcel of
land with a barn thereon, described as follows : Barn, and land
directly upon which the barn stands at the junction of Heathulie
and Halycon Avenues together with land directly in front of said
barn to a point at the junction of the above avenues, being the
same land conveyed to Grace Seccomb Wallace as heir to Edward A.
Seccomb , her father, from the Fox estate . And in addition to the
land above described in this paragraph, a strip at both sides of
said barn and twenty (20) feet in the rear running in a line to
the junction of Heathulie and Halycon Avenues, excepting there-
from a small strip measuring seventeen by eleven feet , more or
less, from a privet hedge and including the land on which was
laid the water connection and pipe running to and supplying the
house of Grace Seccomb Wallace in the year 1936. This was situ-
ated at the upper southwest corner of land and did not interfere
with the entrance of the barn.
