THIS INDENTURE, made the day of nineteen
hundred and eighty between FISHERS ISLAND DiVEL&ENT CORPORATIQ4, a - .
corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, with its
principal place of business c/o Morgan Stanley & Co. , 1251 Avenue of the
Americas, in the City, County and State of New York- hereinafter called
the grantor, party of the first part, and BASIL W. HP.:M of 1421 North 40th
Street, Allentown, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called the grantee, party

WTINESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration
of Eighteen Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($18,150.00) , lawful money
of the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby
grant and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns forever,
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York,
being a part of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to grantor
(which portion is hereinafter called the "Park") lying to the east of
Peninsula Road, said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of an
unimproved road, said point being located 307.20 feet
North of a point which is 679.79 feet East of a monument
marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey
Dist. 1000 Triangulation Station "CHOC(XSX[Sf 2", said point also
located North 47143'40" East 5.18 feet from a monument
Sec. f%f, 4AO on said road line and thence running North 47048140"
East 211.01 feet to an iron pipe on the-Southwesterly
Block e 50' line of another road, said point being at a point of
curve to the right having a radius of 254.60 feet and
Lot T 10 C010 the direction of whose radius at that point is North 50'
36'34" East; thence running Northwestwardly along said
Y road line and following the arc of said curve 44.87

party of the first part in and to said premises;
