THIS INDENTURE, made the Z/ � day of T4 ,
nineteen hundred and eighty, between ALLERTON CUSHMAN o f 5029
Roadrunner Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85253, hereinafter called
party of the first part, and ALLERTON CUSHMAN AS TRUSTEE under
a certain Declaration of Trust dated May 5, 1980, of 5029 Road-
runner Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85253, hereinafter called party
of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in con-
sideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10. 00) and other value, lawful money
of the United States paid by the party of the second part, does
hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second
part, his successors and assigns forever,
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with
the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
LAUGosituate, lying and being at Fishers Island, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
being bounded and described as follows:
X Beginning at a monument on the southerly side of an
existing roadway, said monument being located 2193. 16
feet north of a point which is 3423. 13 feet east of
another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic
fj54 Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" and thence running
4 - north 18" 43 ' 00" east 313. 39 feet to an iron pipe;
thence north 610 05' 00" east 171. 00 feet to an iron
pipe; thence south 80° 25 ' 57" east 519.00 feet; thence
north 85° 19 ' 33" east 69. 54 feet; thence south 83°
53 ' 30" east 10. 86 feet; thence north 61" 28' 55" east
13.39 feet; thence south 44° 35' 40" east 92.67 feet
to the shore of Block Island Sound; thence following
the meanders of said shore line on the following five
J courses: south 46° 56 ' 00" west 83.67 feet; south 50°
36 ' 40" west 399,04 feet; south 330 17 ' 20" west
118 . 43 feet; south 03° 19' 40" west 86. 15 feet, and
south 27° 03' 30" west 403.03 feet; thence north 55"
Q' 19' 20" west 194.59 feet to a monument on the easterly
side of a proposed road; thence north 091 17 ' 00"
east 148.06 feet to a point of curve to the left whose
Y 7 radius is 150.24 feet and the direction of whose radius
r11 at that point is north 80° 43' 00" west; thence north-
'° v westerly following the arc of said curve 178.55 feet;
thence north 58° 48 ' 30" west 52. 26 feet to a point of
curve to the right whose radius is 459. 47 feet and the
direction of whose radius at that point is north 31°
11' 30" east; thence northwesterly following the arc
z of said curve 144.46 feet to a point of curve to the
j) right whose radius is 23.06 feet and the direction of
H \ whose radius at that point is north 491 12 ' 20" east;
thence northerly following the arc of said curve, 36. 17
feet to a monument; thence north 491 04 ' 00" east 82.29
feet to the point of beginning. These last six lines
running along the easterly, northeasterly and south-
easterly lines of a proposed road. Containing 10,60
acres, more or less.

Together with whatever right of way that the party of
the first part may have, if any, over the existing
roadway leading northwesterly from the westerly side
of the above described tract to the road leading to

Together with a right of way 10 feet in width for
the use and maintenance of a water line, the center
line being described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is north 61a 05' 00" east
about 20 feet from the northeasterly end of the first
described line in the above described tract and thence
running south 80a 33' 00" west 79.90 feet to an iron;
thence north 69e 17 ' 00" west 1885. 3 feet to the
existing water main located in said road leading to
the East End.
Together with a right of way over the 40 foot roads
laid out on Plan of Subdivision of the Eastern End
of Fishers Island leading to the nearest public road.
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, his successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
on the day and year first above written.
