TOGETHER with a right of way over land now or formerly of John Pickett
for the construction and maintenance of a water line leading to the above
described tract; said right of way being a direct line of water main on
highway and located approximately twelve feet from Grantees boundary line,
a distance of 85 feet from monument at Southeast corner of Grantee's property,
said right of way having been granted in Liber 5604 of deeds at Page 147,
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office, and dated August 24, 1964.
