office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 11 , 1913 file
No. 223.

010.001 TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the grantor
in and to the shores of Inner Bay of Great Harbor adjoining said pre-
mises and in and to the land under the waters of said Harbor adjoining
BLOCK said premises.
03.00 SUBJECT, however, to easements and rights of way within a strip of
land 5 feet wide along the northerly boundary of said lots fronting
on a 20 foot right of way shown on said map, for the erection thereon
LOT of poles to support wires for the transmission of electricity for
017. light, heat, telephone anf for other purposes and for the construction
and operation and maintenance of pipe lines and conduits under the surface
of said reservation for any lawful purpose whatsoever, said easements
and rights of way having been reserved by Fishers Island Estates Inc. ,
in deed recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 3067 at
page 202 but Fishers Island Estates Inc. , shall have the right at any
time to release the premises above described from these particular
easements and rights of way; provided however, that whenever the sur-
face of the ground shall be disturbed by Fishers Island Estates Inc. ,
its successors or assigns, for the purpose of constructing or repairing
any such pole line, pipe line or conduit, it shall become the duty of
Fishers I_land Estates Inc. , its successors or assigns, forthwith at
t` its or their own expense to repair or restore the surface of the ground
so disturbed to substantially the same condition as shall have existed
before the time of such disturbance.
M TOGETHER with an easement for ingress to and egress from the premises
above described over and along the 20 foot right of way shown on said
map leading from said premises to .the roadway, sometimes known as the
Peninsula Road and over and along said Peninsula Road or such other
roadway as now or hereafter may exist connecting the said Peninsula with
the public highway. Fishers Island Estates Inc. , for itself, its suc-
cessors and assigns, reserves the right to change the location route
or grade of said 20 foot right of way, said Peninsula Road and other

roadways from time to time provided that such change shall not
prevent adequate access to the premises hereby conveyed.
SUBJECT ALSO to covenants , conditions and agreements as contained
in deed recorded in Liber 6519 cp. 348.
The party of the first part are 'the devisees' under the Last Will �.
and Testament of Rose Pauline Arasimowici, late of Suffolk County,
