Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN and running
thence South 18 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds West, 17 . 52 feet
Ito a monument at a point of curve to the right having a radius
of 116. 58 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point

Together with and subject to a right of way 20 feet in width
extending along the northerly line of the above described tract,
the centerline of said right of way being bounded and described
as follows:
Beginning at a point at the northwesterly corner of the above
described tract, said point being located 3330. 74 feet south
of a point which is 3057 . 11 feet west of a monument marking
the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"NIN" and running thence South 71 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds
East 280. 55 feet to the northeasterly corner of the above described
tract.
Subject to a right of way for road purposes 50 feet in width
extending along the northwesterly side of the above described
tract, the northwesterly line of said right of way being described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of an existing 40
foot right of way and running thence North 18 degrees 16 minutes
00 seconds East, 370. 75 feet to a point of curve to the left
having a radius of 116. 58 feet and the direction of whose radius
at the point is North 71 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West;
thence running northwestwardly along the arc of said curve
182. 51 feet to a monument.
Subject further to a_40-foot right of way reserved in favor
of Jansen Noyes, Jr. , the northerly line of which is described
as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the right of way last
described and running thence North 71 degrees 44 minutes West,

on the arc of .a curve to the left with a radius of 227.83 feet
a distance of 78. 13 feet to a point; and running thence South
