THIS INDENTURE, made the 3 O day of

FISHERS ISLAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation
organized under' the laws of the State of New York, with

State of New York, hereinafter called the grantor, party
of the first part, and DRUSILLA R. VAN HENGEL and fJ /
MAARTEN VAN HENGEL as tenants in common and not as joint f JuV
tenants, both of 99 Wilson Park Drive, Tarrytown, New
York 10591 hereinafter called the grantees, party of the

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,
in consideration of Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($45,000) ,
lawful money of the United States paid by the party of
the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the
party of the second part, their heirs and assigns

line of a road, said iron pipe being located 268.71 feet
north of a point which is 215. 28 feet East of 'a monument
marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation
Station "East End 2" and thence running South 18" 02' 30"
West 518 .33 feet to a monument; thence North 71" 02' 40"
West 292. 22 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 32" 50'
20" West 55.77 feet to a monument; thence North 41" 32'
40" West 67.81 feet to an iron pipe at a point of curve to
the left having a radius of 232. 57 feet and the direction
of whose radius at that point is South 48" 27' 20" West;
thence running Northwestwardly following the arc of said
curve 99 .73 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 66" 06'
50" West 108 . 61 feet to an iron pipe at a point of curve
to the left having a radius of 101. 08 feet and the
