Wright Military Reserv- ation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island sound or the Atlantic Ocean and 'running thence Northerly following the East boundary of the said land of the United States to the Southerly line of East End Road ( sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the Northeasterly corner of land of the United States , thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; Said parcel of land being bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a stone monument set on the Northwesterly side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being twenty-two hundred and ninety-seven and twenty-one hundredths feet South of a point which is sixty-nine hundred and forty-seven and twelve hundredths feet West of another monument marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island, N.Y, about two and one-quarter miles West of the Eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South seventy-nine degrees twenty-nine minutes and forty-six seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound) ; and running thence Southwestwardly along the Northwesterly side of said road (and following the are of a curve to the right whose radius is five hundred and seventy- six and sixteen-hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is North thirty-six degrees thirty-six minutes and fifty-eight seconds West) , three hundred and seventy- seven and seventeen-hundredths feet to a stake; thence, along LESTER M ALSt.RTS©Pt C O R D E D ozc �o �srs Owk of sty ty f . r 8167 the Northerly side of said road, North eighty-nine degrees eight minutes and thirty seconds West seventy-nine and thirty- one hundredths feet to a stake; thence North four degrees and forty-one minutes West one hundred and sixty-one and seventy- seven hundredths feet to a stake; thence North thirty-seven degrees twenty minutes and forty seconds West along the Northeasterly side of a thirty foot wide path eight-four and seventy-eight hundredths feet to a stake;IIIthence North forty-five degrees forty minutes and fifty-s x['seconds East two hundred seventy and sixty-three hundredths feet to a stake; thence South forty four degrees forty-seven minutes and forty seconds East one hundred sixteen and four hundredths feet to a stake; and thence South forty-four degrees forty-seven minutes and 'forty seconds East three hundred and thirteen and eighty-two hundredths feet to the place of beginning. Being the same premises conveyed to William H. Hubbard and Dorothy W. Hubbard by two deeds , the first being from Dorothy Doolittle Holcomb dated December 12 , 1940 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 2139_, Page....383 and the second being from Fishers Island Estates . dated' November 12 , 1941 and recorded with said Office in Liber 2206, Page 314. Together with all the right, title and interest of the grantors in and to any easements , rights of way and any other rights and privileges in respect to these premises of record and subject however to such covenants, agreements, restrictions , reservations and easements, if any, now 'of record and applicable to the subject premises.
