Crescent Avenue (no #), Fishers Island, New York, the sole distributees of
Bert Scagliotti who died a resident of Fishers Island, Suffolk County, New York,
on the 26th day of October, 1974, and LEO VALENTINI, now residing at
Crescent Avenue (no S), Fishers Island, New York, (Bert Scagliotti and Leo
Valentin, formerly co-partners d/b/a Fashion Cleaners and Launderers),
party of the first part, and PAUL J. SCAGLIOTTI, now residing on Crescent Avenue
(no 0, Fishers Island, New York,

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of - - - -

BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of Crescent Avenue, said point being
North 03 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 203. 45 feet from a
stone bound on the Easterly line of said avenue, said stone bound being 4143. 47
feet North of a point which is 1279, 93 feet West of another monument marking
the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS";
THENCE running South 86 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds East 218. 00 feet;
THENCE North 03 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds East 100.00 feet;
THENCE North 86 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds West 218, 00 feet to the
Easterly line of said avenue;
THENCE along said avenue South 03 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds West 100, 00
feet to the point of BEGINNING. Containing 0. 50 acres, more or less.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Bert Scagliotti
and Leo Valentin as co-partners d/b/a Fashion Cleaners and Launderers, by
deed dated October:30, 1950 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in
Liber 3151 of deeds at page 148 on the 13th day of November, 1950.
