THIS INDENTURE, made the day of
nineteen hundred and seventy-seven between
' 'FISHERS ISLAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation
torgaf(ized under the laws of the State of New York, with
its principal place of business c/o Morgan Stanley & Co. ,
1251 Avenue of the Americas, in the City, County and
State of New York, hereinafter called the grantor, party
�+ of the first part, and BAGLEY REID
of Center Island Avenue, Fishers Island, New York
hereinafter called the grantee, party of the second part:
^� WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,
in consideration of Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($4 ,500.00 ) , lawful money of the United States
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant
and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever,
ALL that lot or parcel of land, with the
DIST. 1000 buildings and improvements thereon, in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part
SEC. 5 of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to grantor
BLOCK 2 (which portion is hereinafter called the "Park") lying to
the east = of Peninsula Road, said lot or parcel of land
LOT 7 being bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly side
of a road 45 feet wide, said point being located 951.97
feet South of a point which is 1132.79 feet West of a
monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic
Survey Triangulation Station "East End 2" and thence
running along said road line North 36" 22' 00" West
112. 08 feet to a point of curve to the left whose radius
is 255. 34 feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is South 53" 38 ' 00" West; thence running North-
westwardly along said road line following the arc of said
curve, 149 .13 feet to a point of curve to the right whose
radius is 95.00 feet and the direction of whose radius at
that point is North 20" 10 ' 14" East; thence Northwardly
along said road line, following the arc of said curve,
152. 23 feet to a point of curve to the left whose radius
is 462. 02 feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is North 68" 00' 53" West; thence Northeastwardly
along the Southeasterly side of another road, following
the arc of said curve, 108 . 34 feet to a point of curve to
the right whose radius is 48 . 73 feet and the direction of
whose radius- at that point is South 81" 27' 00" East;
thence Northeastwardly along said road line, following
the arc of said curve, 54. 74 feet; thence along said road
line North 72° 54' 40" East 19 .36 feet; thence South 480
32' 45" East 348.17 feet to an iron; thence South 24" 45 '
50" West 244.56 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 1.82 acres, more or less and being
designated by the Grantor as Lot 9 in Block 8.
