the summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island, New York about
2 1/4 miles west of the eastern end of Fishers Island and lies
South 79 degrees 29 minutes 46 seconds East of North Dumpling Light
in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence North 55 degrees 49

40 feet wide, said monument being 3,315.19 feet East of a point
which is 345.68 feet North of another monument marking the United

easterly side of said road (and following the arc of, said curve)
39. 72 feet to a stake set at its intersection with the southerly
side of another road 40 feet wide; thence eastwardly along the
southerly side of said road (and following the arc of a curve to
the right whose radius is 259. 38 feet and the_ direction :of whose

stake marking a point of curve to the right whose radius is 41.10

TOGETHER with all rights or easements of the grantor appurtenant
to above described premises to use the private roads extending
from the above described premises to the nearest public highway.
Said premises being the premises conveyed by T. F. Davies Hanes
to Margaret M. Peabody by Deed dated November 15, 1965 and recorded
on November 17, 1965 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County
in Liber 5860 at Page 425.
