Being the same premises conveyed to (i) Mary C.
Blanchard and Norman D. Carter by Deed dated
February 27, 1958 made by Janet B. Carter, as
Grantor to said Mary C. Blanchard and Norman D.
Carter, as Grantees and recorded on May 14 , 1958
in Liber 4460 , cp. 52 ; and (ii) Briscoe R. Smith,
Theodore W. Smith, III and Hartford National Bank
and Trust Company, as Executors of the Estate of
Winifred Bartlett Clark, deceased, by Deed dated
March 26 , 1974 made by Frank J. Clark, as Grantor
to the said Executors as aforesaid, as Grantee and
recorded on May 2 , 1974 in Liber 7630 , cp. 302 .
Said Mary C. Blanchard, Norman D. Carter, Briscoe
R. Smith and Theodore W. Smith, III , four of the
Grantors named herein are the same persons as the
Grantees named in the aforesaid deeds.

Said Mary C. Crimmins ( formerly known as Mary
Ranson Smith) , one of the Grantors named herein,
hereby relinquishes her life estate in the
premises as created in Paragraph Fourth of the
Last Will and Testament of Winifred Bartlett
Clark.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest , if any,
,i of the Grantor in and to any streets and roads abutting the grove i
idescribed premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
lappurtenances and all the estate and rights of the Grantor in
and to said premises ; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the Grantee, the heirs or successors and assigns of
: the Grantee forever.
AND the Grantor covenants that the Grantor has not done
or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been
encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the Grantor , in compliance with Section 13 of the
Lien Law, covenants that the Grantor will receive the considera-
tion for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the
( purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
( before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has duly executed this
deed the day and year first above written.
