ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in exx Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County-of Suffolk,
State of New York, being bounded and described as follows;
Beginning at a point on the Southeasterly line of Hedge
Street, said point being located 1834.81 feet North of a point
which is 567 .83 feet West of a monument marking the United States
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Pros" and thence
running North 560 06 ' 30" East-- 8-8.90 feet to a point; North 260
37 ' 30" East 4.47 feet to a point, the last two lines running
along the Southeasterly line of said Hedge Street; thence North 810
45 ' 18" East 1234 eet to a drill hole, North 40 31' 21" West
81.85 feet to an iron pipe, the last two lines abutting North-
westerly and Westerly on land of E. P. Edwards and Dorothy B.
Edwards; thence North 850 55 ' 05" East 119.82 feet to an iron
pipe on the Westerly shore of West Harbor, abutting Northerly on
land of Gretge; thence South 120 21' 48" East 130. 16 feet along
the Westerly shore of said West Harbor to a point; thence South
740 42 ' 40" West 202 .65 feet to a monument, abutting Southeasterly
on land of Peishoff; thence North 120 38' 41" West 19 . 18 feet
to an iron pipe; South 690 07 ' 20" West 127:33 feet to a drill
hole, the last two lines abutting Southwesterly and Southeasterly
on land now or formerly of Frances H. and Arthur A. Greenleaf;
thence North 230 53 ' 10" West 50. 10 feet to the point of beginning,
abutting Southwesterly on land now or formerly of Mildred Duff
Allen, be the said several dimensions more or less .
Being the same property conveyed to Charles W. Hedge by
Belle H. Sanderson (Formerly Belle Hedge) by deed dated February
28, 1929 recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County
on March 13 , 1929 in Liber 1415 of Deeds at page 93 and deed dated
April 12, 1929 recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County in Liber 1430 of Deeds at page 399.
Subject to rights of others to pass and repass over said
parcel as appears of record.
