described as Lot 21 on a certain map entitled "Map of
Highland Park, Fishers Island, Suffolk County, New York
1885" and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County, New York as Map No. 163, 10. 00 feet wide from
the northwesterly si.'de of Equestrian Avenue to Little
Hay Harbor over that portion of the premises above
described which portion has a frontage of 10.07 feet on
Equestrian Avenue and extends along the westerly side of
said premises from Equestrian Avenue to the shore of
Little Hay Harbor, such portion of the premises above
LE described being the same premises described in a deed
from Fishers Island Farms Inc. to William Osgood Morgan,
dated September 17, 1931 and recorded on October 5, 1931
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1607 of
Deeds at page 426, the exercise of such right of way
being subject to restrictions or covenants contained in
a deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk 's Office in
Liber 656 of Deeds at page 80.
