nineteen hundred and seventy-seven between
FISHERS ISLAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation
organized under the laws of the State of New York, with
its principal place of business c/o Morgan Stanley & Co. ,
1251 Avenue of the Americas, in the City, County and 4,
State of New York, hereinafter called the grantor , party
of the first part, and NANCY M. MURPHY d,
of 384 Sleepy Hollow Road, Briarcliff Manor , New York
hereinafter called the grantee, party of the second part:

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,
