Rudel and Doris T. Rudel, their heirs and assigns , by a deed dated August 25, 1948 between Fishers Island Estates, Inc. , as grantor, and Thomas R. Rudel and Doris T. Rudel recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York in Liber 2881 of Deeds at page 547 et. seg. , thereafter granted to the party of the first part, their heirs and assigns, by a deed dated July 27, 1972 between Thomas R. Rudel, as grantor and Richard Stowers Smith and Josephine Powell Smith recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York in Liber 7210 at page 563 et. seg.
