DOBBIN, residing at No Num- ber Fairview Road, Baltimore, Maryland, as Tenants In Common, party of the second part, Letters of Administration, c. t. a., WITNESSETH, that wherea9d14x1C9{tC9LXE¢7 XAXwere issued to the4)arty of the first part by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York, on July 29, 1971, and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates. Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of ONE AND 00/100 ($1.00) --------------------------------------- dollars. paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate. lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to the Grantor (which portion is hereinafter called the "Park") lying easterly of the following line, viz. : BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly following the East boundary of the said land of the United States to the southerly line of East End Road i (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly korner of land of the United States, thence crossing the East End Road land following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the easterly side of a ' Iroad forty feet wide, said monument being one hundred and ninety and seventy-six hundredths feet South of a point which is thirteen hundred and sixteen and eighty-seven hundredths feet West of another monument 'marking the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "East End 2" (which said "Eat End 2" monument is located on the summit of the Ihighest hill East of East Harbor on Fishers Island, N. Y. and lies South fifty-four minutes West of Latimer Reef Light in Fishers Island ~ ( Sound) ; and running thence northeastwardly along the easterly side of saf.road(following the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is four hun- -' idred and six and eight-hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius !at that point is south seventy-two degrees twenty-two minutes and eight ` seconds East ) one hundred and forty-one and thirty-nine hundredths feet 'to a stake; thence, still along the easterly side of said road, North thirty-seven degrees thirty-four minutes and fifty seconds East two hun- red and twelve and thirteen hundredths feet to a stake marking a. point .:' f curve to the left whose radius is four hundred and nineteen and forty- isix hundredths feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is p RR (ESTER M. BEING THE SAME PREMISES CONVEYED to FAY LEONARD JACKSON, deceased, by Fishers Island Corp. by Deed dated November 16, 1931, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office at Liber 1621, Page 119 on December 8, 1931. The above described premises were devised to the Grantees herein by Paragraph "First", sub-paragraph "(d) " of the Second Codicil to the Last Will and Testament of FAY LEONARD JACKSON, deceased, who died a resident of the State of Maryland on the 14th day of April, 1970, whose Last Will and Testament was duly admitted to probate in the Orphan' s Court, City of Baltimore, State of Mary- land, on April 29, 1970, and whose Will was duly admitted to Ancillary Probate by the Surrogate, County of Suffolk on July 29 , 1971.
